Rocinante was the CEO of the Bigbux Company, operating out of El Quixote. Having made his and the country's fortune out of the development of plastics, Rocinante was one of the richest people in the World of Eve. Unfortunately, this was not enough for him, and he joined the Snake Crest in pursuit of even greater riches. By manipulating both the Quixote royal family and Aster and his group, Rocinante attempted to provoke a war between El Quixote and the Kalars of Kalar Village, hoping for a global war in the future. Thanks to Kathryn Lapucelle's counter-propaganda campaign, the war was delayed, giving Aster and family time to engage Rocinante in the Monster Burrow. There, Rocinante gave in to his addiction to Adan's Blood and transformed into a monster, but was defeated. Drained of his excessive greed by Seydes, Rocinante later manifested in the Archfiend's Right Arm as a being of pure greed known as the Greedy Shadow.
