Kiyotaka is a student of Kazami affiliated junior high class 2-1. He lives with [url=/c5311]Charles[/url] and next door to [url=/c5312]Himeno[/url]. He is the only male member of the "Official Newspaper Club" that Ricca created in order to oppose [url=/c5315]Suginami[/url]. Kiyotaka wished upon the Sakura Tree to live his daily life as it is. It's hinted that he was Ricca's husband although he can't remember his past-life memories. [spoiler]in D.C.II D.M. [url=/c4059]Yoshiyuki[/url] refer he as "Kiyotarou (清太郎)" D.C.III D.D, Sakura gives him Rikka wand. [/spoiler]
