Kae Abe ( born November 6, 1966 in Osaka, Japan), better known by the stage name Kae Araki (荒木 香恵), is a Japanese voice actress. After standing in for Kotono Mitsuishi (the voice of Usagi Tsukino in the series Sailor Moon) when Mitsuishi had appendicitis, Araki originated the role of Chibiusa in the same series soon after.
